Swine Flu Quarantine: Narita Style

The Swine Flu scare has died down recently, but they are still quarantining sick people at Narita Airport. When I flew in earlier this week, before being allowed off the plane, men in sterile suites and masks boarded and looked around for sick people. We were all given a questionnaire to fill out with questions about our basic health condition. The English grammar on the form was lackluster. This amusing sentence was written at the bottom.
